This program is designed to help ladies get and then stay on track with their personal fitness goals. These classes are reserved for ladies only and are done in small group classes with an assigned health coach. You will have a point of contact for all health related questions. Not only will you crush your fitness goals, you will meet life long friends in the process.
This is the kickstart bootcamp!! One of the biggest misconceptions of crossfit is I need to be in shape to get started. Although our team here knows that is not the case this program is designed to help you get your feet wet.
This is our 8 week Fit-4-Kids program. This program is designed for your child to build a fundamental base in functional movement. Done in a fun safe environment. Classes are typically 30-45 min. We not only focus on physical development but also on building your Childs confidence as well.
