Is CrossFit better than a traditional globo gym?
That’s an easy answer, in short no its not. I know that answer may not be what you expected to read coming off of a CrossFit website. But let’s think about this. What makes one fitness routine more successful than another? It’s a simple answer. It is your ability to stay consistent. Now this is where CrossFit can be a game changer for you. How? Here are a few ways, let’s break it down.
-It’s Fun. Fitness can’t feel like a chore. If it does you will eventually become sporadic in your attendance. The same way you will skip doing the dishes on a Friday after a long week of work. CrossFit is fun, it becomes something to look forward to after a long day.
-CrossFit challenges you. Sorry to break the bad news, but you won’t be able to do everything the first time you try it. Heck it may even take a bit of time and practice to get there. But we are creatures that embrace challenge. There is no better feeling that working your ass off for months and then finally getting that first rope climb.
-CFP. ????? CFP? What’s that? Cool F#%king People!!! CrossFit cultivates an environment of positive like minded people who embrace hard work. We motivate, inspire encourage and support each other. We are here for each other. Whether we need help getting through the workout or need help moving that couch haha.

Remember no matter what you do, consistency will always yield results. So can you get in great shape at a globo gym? Sure you can. And for a lot of people they do a great job with it.
